Try this exclusive 2 in 1 workout program, today – Risk Free!

Dear reader,

Do you want more endurance, more speed, more resilience, flexibility, better overall health and vitality?

Do you want to look and play like athletes? Be more vital for your loved one? Do you want more mental stability, relaxation and less anxiety?

NBA star LeBron James and WNBA Lisa Harrison know the secrets. That’s why they’ve come together with doctors, sports medicine experts, chiropractors and fitness personalities to give you the health you deserve!

Phoenix Mercury forward Lisa Harrison shares the secrets of her yoga fitness routine. “I love to work out and stay in shape, even on the off seasons. I do pick-up basketball and I love yoga.”

They have come together and are introducing to you, for the first time their secrets to physical and mental success. Techniques they use to feel healthier, and look their best. It all starts with Basketball Yoga Blast.

Yoga, an ancient practice and meditation, has become increasingly popular in today’s fast paced society.

For many people, yoga provides a retreat from their hustle-and-bustle busy lives. This is true whether you’re practicing downward facing dog posture on a mat in your bedroom, or right before extensive physical training like the Pros do.

If you hate routine and love to test your physical limits, then you’ll love Basketball Yoga Blast.

Basketball Yoga Blast is a DVD exercise program kit that includes

1.) 6 DVDs with different workouts, from beginner to advanced
2.) An Instruction Guide on how to use the DVDs
3.) Healthy mind and body tips related to basketball drills and yoga
4.) An NBA-quality professional basketball
5.) A high-quality yoga mat
6.) A handy carrying case

Types of Yoga Introduced in our Program

There are different types of yoga. But, in our Basketball Yoga Blast program, we focus on two:

– Hatha: this is a popular style. It is a more physical type of yoga instead of a still, meditative form. Hatha yoga focuses on pranayamas (breath-controlled exercises). These are followed by a series of asanas (yoga postures), which end with savasana (a period of rest).

– Vinyasa. Vinyasa in Sanskrit translates as “to place in a special way,” referring—in hatha yoga—to a sequence of poses. Vinyasa classes are known for their smooth, fluid, movement-intensive practices.

Vinyasa teachers teach their classes to smoothly transition from pose to pose, with the intention of linking breath to movement. This is what you’ll get from Basketball Yoga Blast.

The goal during yoga practice is to challenge yourself physically, but not to feel overwhelmed. At this point the focus is solely on your breath while your mind is accepting and calm.

Imagine LeBron James doing yoga. His posture straight, his feet together, the discipline you can see with your eyes. You can see how this stance is comfortable and loosening up his tight muscles. Maybe you have tight muscles you’d like to work out? Perhaps you want your muscles to look like his? To stand on a beach on a hot summer day, practicing your yoga poses while strangers and friends, on the sand, stare and glare at your movements, your perfect posture and your flexible discipline. Well you can…

Physical Benefits of Basketball Yoga Blast

Following are some of the physical benefits of yoga that have a body of research behind them. In addition to the conditions listed above, research also shows that yoga may help with migraines, osteoporosis, balance and mobility issues, multiple sclerosis, inflammatory bowel disease, fibromyalgia, and ADHD.

Back Pain Relief

Back pain is one of the most common health problems in the United States. Four out of five Americans will suffer from it at some point. Do you suffer from excruciating back pain? Can’t sleep well at night?

Basketball Yoga Blast is here to help.

A 2013 meta-analysis of 10 randomized controlled trials found “strong evidence for short-term effectiveness and moderate evidence for long-term effectiveness of yoga for chronic low-back pain.” Since 2007, the American Society of Pain guidelines have urged physicians to consider recommending yoga to patients with long-term pain in the lower back.

While it is tempting to stay in bed when you have back pain, doctors are not recommending bed rest. In general, the sooner you can get up and moving your body, the faster you will recover. Yoga helps alleviate back pain by increasing flexibility and muscle strength.

Relaxation, stress reduction, and better body awareness are other benefits of yoga.

Less Pain; No Medication!

In one study, published in the journal Spine, people with back pain who did two 90-minute sessions of yoga a week for 24 weeks experienced a 56% reduction in pain. These people had less disability and depression than people with back pain who were on medications for pain relief.

The results also suggested that there was a use of less pain medication in those who did yoga. Yes, yoga is helpful, and the poses are what you’ll learn in Basketball Yoga Blast!

Yoga lessens arthritis pain. Exercise has been shown to alleviate the pain and stiffness associated with osteoarthritis. Yoga offers a gentle form of exercise that helps improve range of motion and strengthens the muscles around aching joints.

In a 2014 study of 36 women with knee osteoarthritis, those who practiced yoga experienced significant improvements in symptoms compared with women who didn’t do yoga.
The yoga group had a 60-minute class one day a week and then practiced at home on several other days, averaging 112 minutes of yoga a week on their own. After eight weeks, they reported a 38% reduction in pain and a 35% reduction in stiffness. The group that didn’t practice yoga reported worsening symptoms!

You can do this with Basketball Yoga Blast for only 30 minutes a day! Imagine being pain-free? Relaxing on the beach or in your home. You’re all done with your workout and you realize it’s time for your medication. But wait a moment, the pain seems to be gone!

Yoga also has cardiovascular benefits. Several studies have found yoga to have a positive effect on cardiovascular health.
Basketball Yoga Blast provides heart benefits as well. Yoga can help lower blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar levels. It is very good for your blood vessels and your heart. It can slow down your heart rate, unlike other exercises you’d expect to get from a gym membership!

For people who have hypertension, it helps lower blood pressure. The yoga restores “baroreceptor sensitivity.” This helps the body sense imbalances in blood pressure and maintains balance.

Another study found that practicing yoga improved lipid profiles in healthy patients as well as patients with coronary artery disease.
It lowered excessive blood sugar levels in people with non-insulin dependent diabetes and also reduced their need for medications. Again, no need for costly, high dosage medication!

Mental Benefits

Yoga provides many mental benefits as well. Some of these extend to diet and nutrition.
According to American Psychological Association, yoga’s positive benefits on mental health have made it an important practice for psychotherapy. It has been shown to enhance social well being through a sense of belongingness, and improve the symptoms of depression, ADHD, Schizophrenia and sleep disorders. (Yoga and Mental Health, Huffington Post 2013).

Also, yoga increases the level of gamma-aminobutyric acid, or GABA, a chemical in the brain that helps to regulate nerve activity. This is especially relevant to people who have anxiety disorders in which GABA activity is low (Yoga and Your Mood, the Ultimate Yogi). Again, might help keep you medication free!

A Better Body Image

BasketballYoga Blast can help you develop inner awareness. It focuses your attention on your body’s ability to be in the present moment. It helps develop breath and strength of mind and body.

Surveys have found that those who practiced yoga were more aware of their bodies than people who didn’t practice yoga. They were also more satisfied with and less critical of their bodies. For these reasons, yoga has become an important piece in the treatment of eating disorders.

Minding What You Eat

Mindfulness refers to focusing your attention on what you are experiencing in the present moment without judgement.

Practicing yoga has been shown to increase mindfulness in many areas of a person’s life. Researchers describe mindful eating as a nonjudgmental awareness of the physical and emotional sensations associated with eating.

The researchers found that people who practiced yoga were more mindful eaters.
Both years of yoga practice and number of minutes of practice per week were associated with better mindful eating scores.

Practicing yoga helps you be more aware of how your body feels.

Weight Loss and Maintenance

People who practice Basketball Yoga Blast are mindful eaters and are more in tune with their bodies. They may be more sensitive to hunger cues and feelings of fullness.

Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years, gained less weight during middle adulthood. People who were overweight actually lost weight! Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass index compared to those who did not practice yoga. Researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating, as learned through Basketball Yoga Blast, can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating. As well as a more positive look in the mirror!

Enhancing Fitness

Yoga is known for its ability to relax tension and reduce anxiety in the mind and body. But it can also have an impact on a person’s exercise capacity.

Researchers studied a group of people who had not practiced yoga before. After eight weeks of practicing at least twice a week for a total of 180 minutes, they had greater muscle strength and endurance, flexibility and cardio-respiratory fitness. This is why you’ll see Professional athletes, like LeBron and Lisa, with such great strength, endurance, and overall impeccable fitness.

Not Your Gym’s Workout

You’ll save hundreds of dollars a year on gym memberships, fitness trainers and yoga instructors that will charge you $50 a month a year …..Even if you get the most basic of basic memberships you’ll still pay at least $240 a year. And they usually make you feel committed to staying with them even if you see no results.

Do you really need a fitness instructor yelling at you to do more pushups and to keep your posture straight? No, you can do this in your convenience, at your place of choosing. In your privacy or in public. It’s your choice. With friends who are supportive, or with team mates who will cheer you
Do you really need to pay year after year having your card charged every month for a membership that isn’t even of benefit?

The Lowball: Cost

The Basketball Yoga Blast can easily go for $999+ for the entire program. But you won’t pay $999, not $750, or even $500 you’ll pay a mere fraction of that: $159 total. NO membership, and no monthly charges to your credit or debit card. At a value like this it is easy to see why anyone would be eager to “quit” the gym.

Insider’s Guide #1:
Studies on Stress Management with Yoga. Yours FREE.

A little of what you’ll get inside this insider’s guide:

Yoga has been shown to improve workplace well-being and resilience (The Effectiveness of Yoga for Well Being in the Workplace).

Mind and body practices, like Basketball Yoga Blast, help to reduce stress and improve stress-related nervous system imbalances.

Researchers say it is the relaxation response that accompanies these mind and body practices that lead to the many improvements to physical and mental health.

A new study from investigators at the Benson-Henry Institute for Mind/Body Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center finds that the deep, physiological state of rest brought on by such practices of yoga produces positive change in the expression of genes involved in immune function, energy metabolism and insulin secretion (Genes and Physiological Pathways Altered in the Relaxation Response, Science Daily, May 2013).

By putting all of your concentration on carrying out the specific body posture and alignment of a yoga pose, then holding it as you breathe deeply, the body starts to shift from a state of biochemical arousal and tension to calm and relaxation.

This relaxes you deeply into a yoga pose through deep breathing and lowers the brain’s response to threat. This will help you in your workplace to be more accepting of others, and to really let go of what you thought were your biggest problems and obstacles.

It works like this…The body turns off arousing nerve chemicals, like adrenaline and stops dumping fatty acids and sugar into the bloodstream for brain, muscle, and motor energy. This slows down the rate of nerve firing and relaxes your brain, heart, and muscles. This state of biochemical relaxation oxygenates the blood, restores blood acidity and alkalinity balance, and reduces heart rate, blood pressure, and motor activity.

Yoga postures work on all systems of the body. Besides strengthening muscles, yoga postures tone up glands, internal organs, and spine nerves. Additionally, increased blood flow helps the digestive system to better extract nutrients from the foods you eat and the lymphatic system to eliminate toxins from the body.

Insiders Guide #2:
Yoga: Psyche and Spirituality

The practice of yoga over time also has psychological and spiritual benefits.
Yoga means to unite in Sanskrit. As you grow in your ability to sense the relationship between your mind and body, you become more aware of dualities in experience and existence itself.

The practice of yoga brings you to the awareness that there you are body and mind. There is never a point in which you are just body or mind. You are light and dark, tense and at ease, yin and yang.

“My body and mind are so at ease. I don’t ever remember feeling so relaxed and confident!”

To everyone at FitR:

Please read this story about my journey with Basketball Yoga Blast.
I was overweight, tired ALL the time, and just couldn’t get that confidence everyone seemed to have. Looking around at all the attractive people only made me feel worse about myself. I started to get extreme anxiety, especially at school and then later in life at work.

I wanted changed. No, I needed changed. Not until I started the Basketball Yoga Blast program, did I start to feel excited about life again. I felt centered. Balanced. And better yet, I was losing weight!
My friends and family noticed, my co-workers noticed. I was finally going out on dates! I wouldn’t have been able to do any of this if it wasn’t for the drills, the yoga and the secret tips and Insiders Guides provided.

Thank you all so much, you’ve helped me change my life!
